Mid Century Modern ranch-style home located in the Eastville neighborhood of Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard.

Enter and you're greeted with a lovely view over a tranquil marshland filled with billowing reeds, looking towards Vineyard Haven Harbor. A deck runs the length of the house over the large, private backyard, and is the perfect place to have your morning coffee while watching the birds and to enjoy sunset views over West Chop at our ''Oyster Bar''!

Most of the living space is on the upper level. The large main room has a big couch and dining table and is the perfect spot for spending time with friends and family. Separate den/ TV room has a large smart TV and an en suite 1/2 bathroom. There is also one full bathroom on this level, with a shower/ tub combo. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave and a beverage fridge. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: a large bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with one queen bed and a desk, and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The main level has central AC in all rooms.

The lower level of the house has its own entrance, and also connects to the upper level via interior stairs. On this level you will find a very large bedroom with a full/ double bed, sleeper sofa and lovely view of the backyard. Also on the lower level is a combo laundry room/ bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower, large washing machine and dryer.

There is also a separate ''studio'' bedroom on the lower level with its own entrance, completely separate from the rest of the house. This space features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a queen bed, smart TV and a lovely big picture window overlooking the private backyard. There is a window AC unit in this space, which keeps it nice and cool in the summer. The downstairs studio is a completely separate space from the rest of the house and has a separate key. Access to the main upstairs living area from the studio is done by going outside and entering through the back door or the front door.

An outdoor shower is easily accessed via a paved path from the lower level and from the front parking area via stairs down the side of the house. We also have hoses conveniently placed for cleaning off beach gear. A storage area for fishing rods and beach chairs is tucked under the deck and accessed from the backyard. Gas grill with dining table and umbrella is also in the backyard.

Towels, bed linens and beach chairs are provided. There is ample on-site parking available. The house is conveniently located on the main bus route and has a crosswalk to the paved Oak Bluffs bike path/ sidewalk. We are 1.5 miles to the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal, 1.6 miles to the Vineyard Haven ferry terminal.

We have worked hard to restore this house, maintaining as many original 1958 period details as possible while also incorporating modern amenities. To that end, we respectfully request that our guests return the favor by being gentle stewards of the house. We welcome guests who aren't looking for a contemporary ''new build'' and who will embrace the historic Mid Century Modern charm of this home filled with vintage furniture and decor from the island.
