Overlooking the most breathtaking view of Lagoon Pond and Vineyard Haven Harbor, this house is the quintessential Vineyard experience. It has all the bells & whistles anyone would want in a vacation home: waterfront views, private beach, outdoor shower, sprawling yard, gas grill on the patio, and a washer & dryer.

Enjoy water activities right off of your private dock and beach: swim, kayak, paddle board, peddle boat or just relax. Also included are 2 kayaks with oars, a paddleboard, peddle boat life vests, beach chairs and an additional patio with a table set and umbrella. Picture morning walks on the beach and dinners under the stars on the deck.

Ideally located on a quiet street, yet only 5 minutes to the Oak Bluffs ferry, beach and the center of town with boutiques, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Farm Neck Golf Course is also just 4 minutes down the road.

This house is the perfect place to gather and watch sunset on the water after a day of activities on the island.

    Felt Like Home, If Home Had Incredible Views

    We are still floating on cloud nine after our trip - the property was even better than the photos.

    The house is clean, comfortable, and the views speak for themselves (especially at sunset). Our family consisted of four adults and four children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The deck provided plenty of seating for everyone and there is a spacious yard for the kids to play. Cooking and preparing meals was easy - it really felt like a home.

    The idyllic location was within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Oak Bluffs. Didn't even bother with the local beaches because we had the private beach and dock here to all to ourselves.

    We will definitely be back and hope this place will be available. Highly recommend!     show more show less

    Can't wait to go back

    We had the best stay here! The house was spotless and had so much space for our group. And that wasn't even counting the entire master suite upstairs.

    The house was just a few steps from the water with its own beach which was ideal for our family. It also had a fantastic yard area right off the patio which was a perfect place to spend time while we grilled. We will 100% be staying here again!

    Absolute perfect property

    This place was everything we hoped for and more. The property was spacious and beautiful. The pictures do not do the view justice, when you're standing on the outside balcony overlooking the ocean at sunset it feels like you're in a movie scene.

    The owners were responsive and pleasant. The home had everything you want in an island getaway.

    10/10 would recommend. Whenever we go to Martha's Vineyard again this is where we will be staying.

    Convenient and Lovely

    I went to the vineyard for a special event and found this property for rent for the weekend. We had three gals and each got a lovely room with a beautiful view. It felt like home! I can't wait to return this year for another girls weekend.

    Fabulous home!

    I have had the pleasure of staying here on more than 1 occasion. The house is warm and cozy and the views are unbelievable. The tranquility of the lagoon and gorgeous sunsets make this an ideal place to relax after a day on this incredible island.

    Best Vacation Yet

    My family and I have been traveling to Martha's Vineyard for our yearly family vacation for over the last 10 years.

    This trip, by far, was the best yet. With little kids now, the private beach made it extremely easy to enjoy the water without the hassle of packing the car. Also, my uncle and I couldn't get enough of jumping off the dock early morning! Best way to wake up.

    With unbelievable views, amazing yard and the gorgeous beach, I don't see us staying anywhere else on the Island. show more show less
