This house is just a gem! Beautiful open kitchen, eating area, and living room which is all updated and comfortable. Super well equipped kitchen! The yard is private and the neighborhood is quiet. It is just a 5 minute walk down the street to Lagoon Pond. Only 1 bathroom but that was not a problem because of the outdoor shower. Vas was so responsive and easy to work with. We have rented many homes on the island for the past 20+ years and for our current family configuration, this one is a favorite! We had a girls trip at Martha's Vineyard, and the house was absolutely amazing. Specious, welcoming and very clean. The house was also fully furnished in the kitchen and anything else we needed

Was in town for Martha's Vineyard marathon weekend and couldn't ask for a better stay! House was spacious and very clean. House was well stocked and beds were comfortable! About one mile walk to Oak Bluffs down town, would recommend to all 10/10!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing stay that my friends and I had at the Marthas Vineyard House. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and overall coziness of the property, and we cannot wait to come back and stay there again.
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the house. We appreciated how well-maintained and organized the property was, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making it the perfect vacation spot.
One of the things that stood out to us the most was how cozy the Marthas Vineyard House felt. The decor, furnishings, and amenities all came together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment that made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring the island.
Overall, we were extremely happy and pleased with our stay at the Marthas Vineyard House. It was truly a memorable experience, and we cannot wait to return again this summer for another visit. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, modern, low allergen and had a fully stocked kitchen w/highly efficient appliances. A short walk to the lagoon for awesome sunsets or morning walks and a great backyard.
