We enjoyed Marcia's home very much. Everything from the large backyard, spacious porch with hammock, and comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. The house is also a short drive, bike ride or walk to Circuit Ave. All beach amenities (and bikes) were available for our use—which gave us more options of how we wanted to get around. We definitely recommend and will visit again!

This home was absolutely perfect for a stay for me and my girlfriends. We found the house to be absolutely spotless, everything in working order. The host, Marcia was fantastic about communication and was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is very close to downtown OB, and on a perfect quiet little road. The backyard is private and beautifully kept. We would love to stay again, and would highly recommend!

Marcia was a great host! Her prompt responses to questions was so helpful and appreciated. The house was clean, spacious and provided us and our 5 kids with everything we needed during our stay. The fenced in backyard and grill was a bonus! Can't wait to stay there again. PS. Location was amazing… 5 minutes to downtown Oaks Bluff!

This house was just perfect for our girls getaway. The house was immaculate, the front porch was our sanctuary during the trip. It's a short 20 min walk to downtown OB, easy access to beaches and bike path. We will definately consider renting here again if we come back to the OB section of the island.

We very much appreciated the early check-in and late checkout to accommodate our schedule and also appreciated the good communications when needed. The birthday balloon and moscato left for my wife's 60th birthday was also a very nice and pleasant gesture. We had a great time and the weather was perfect! Thanks for a great weekend we'll always remember.

This was the first time my family visited Martha's Vineyard so we wanted to make it special. This house was perfect for the ocasión! Beautiful, spacious, very clean and close to downtown Oak Bluffs. This place was perfect for us. It was our first time on the Vineyard, and Marcia was welcoming and friendly from the onset when we first booked the place. As we got closer to our vacation, she checked in with us, sent suggestions about places to go, restaurants, etc.

The place was clean, tidy and well stocked with household items; and it was great to have access to the three bicycles she keeps on-site. We did not have a car, so this is how we got around. The yard is large and lovely, and place is close enough to both Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven to access via bicycle (you have to be in shape though!) or bus.

We would recommend this place and Marcia was a wonderful host!

A lovely stay, tucked pleasantly away in Oak Bluffs right near the town center. You'll need a car or bike to get everywhere, unless you plan to Uber or call a taxi. Marcia was very communicative and helpful. She let us drop our luggage off before check in, so we could begin our vacation. You get to enjoy the entire house and backyard. The unit was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfectly clean and organized. The laundry smelt very fresh and clean. I really enjoyed the yard and flowers. It's not at all like a typical rental. The garden/yard makes it feel more like a home and there were a couple plants inside too. It does look even better than in pictures. I liked how there were a few spare items like water bottles, shampoos, soaps to use. It was pretty hot when we were there and the window ACs in each room worked great. It wasn't a problem for us but my only complaint is that the listing mentions the fenced in yard and then I was later told it's not completely fenced in for the dogs. The location is ok - not really walking distance. We had the best time!

we had such a great stay! the house was clean and beautiful, and the AC worked in all the rooms. we especially loved the backyard and the kids loved the basketball hoop in the driveway! we didn't rent a car at first, but then felt like we needed one, or at least bikes for everyone, because the road into town was busy with no sidewalk. the house did come with 3 bikes, so that was great. overall all we had an excellent stay and great communication with host!

Very nice home, great location about a 15 minute walk into the Oak Bluffs village. Nice big yard. There is a fence for privacy, but it does have a gap so that if you have a dog this won't work for keeping it in the yard. Clean as could be and plenty of coffee and water there for our use. Great stay even though the weather was rainy!

Great place to spend some time on the island! Small walk to oaks bluff and an amazing host! The towels smell nice and fresh and the host makes you feel so comfortable. She has covid supplies just in case your forgot yours. Well done!!

This house was in a quiet yet convenient location with a great yard for our kids/ dog to play in. We found the house to be very clean and it had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Marcia was very accessible and responsive to our questions. A great spot to enjoy the island!

We loved our stay at this house. It is at a great location, right outside of Oak Bluffs, with a wonderful backyard and great amenities. Marcia was an absolutely outstanding host, and was extremely helpful and communicative during the entirety of our stay. Would 100% stay here again.

The house was so clean, spacious, and the back yard and deck were just lovely.
the location is perfect, so close to restaurants, the beach, and the alpaca farm!
We brought a dog that got to lay in the sun on the back deck so he couldn't have been happier either. The hosts were very accommodating, communicated thoroughly, and the amenities were very nice touches - shampoo, coffee, etc.

Marcia is a terrific host! She communicated very well and was helpful with questions. The Charming Vineyard retreat is relaxing, comfortable, well kept and clean. It was supplied with everything we needed. The location was perfect for our visit with family. We are looking forward to returning in the future! Marcia is great and I highly recommend her place for your stay; you won't be disappointed!
