There are 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 8**, and a semi-finished Basement TV Room. Open and airy, with plenty of light and a semi-formal open floor plan, the home lends itself to traditional family living where family members can find places of privacy but still be accessible and engaged in the changing dynamics that characterize a week of vacationing on The Vineyard.

Just a five-minute drive from the serenity of your cozy escape, you can access the sights and sounds of Oak Bluffs- including a bustling harbor, the action of Circuit Avenue, great restaurants, the Game Room, sun and fun at magnificent beaches, boating, fishing, and more- there is something for everyone!

That should not preclude you, however, from also visiting the other 5 Island towns, each with its own way of saying- Welcome to the Vineyard! There is plenty to do and endless places to go on The Vineyard- you won’t be disappointed.

Back to the Local Scene - the ever popular and convenient Tony‘s Market is 2 minutes away where you can stock up on everything you need without going downtown. Recreational facilities, the Farm Neck Golf Course, Walking Trails, the Bike Path , and Island Bus System are at your back door. If you have a taste for culture, the state-of-the-art Oak Bluffs Library and the Arts District are in close proximity.

Last but not least, if you‘ve come to see the famous Gingerbread Cottages, which number over 300, or the Flying Horses, the country‘s oldest carousel, you can get there in just a five-minute drive, as well.
