The neighborhood offers walking trails, paths, and access to the Sailing Camp beach. The apartment has everything you need: it's air-conditioned (two very efficient mini-splits), and has a well-appointed kitchen with a fridge, oven/cooktop, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience! It has all the necessary dishes, glassware, and pots and pans.

The bedroom has a bureau, a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It can be entered from the bedroom and/or the kitchen/living room space. The kitchen/living room space has a queen-sized sofa bed, a kitchen table and chairs, and a 50-inch smart TV.

The deck has a grill, table, and chairs for memorable outdoor dinners.
