Come and enjoy a taste of the Vineyard at this luxury home in the Preserves, with a pool. It is in the town of Oak Bluffs, one of the most sought after, seasonal vacation areas, with all its shops, harbor, restaurants, beaches Farm Neck Golf course, bike paths, activities and much more!

Upon entering this lovely home, you are welcomed by a light-filled foyer, which leads to an open floor plan, living, dining and kitchen. Living room has sofa seating, a gas wall-mounted fireplace, TV and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which leads to the extended end-to-end back deck, patio and large heated pool.

Continuing through, is the designer’s kitchen and dining area. It is a well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar/prep area. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar.

Also, is the Master King En-suite, double vanity, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Master has its own private access to the backyard and pool area.

There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Two Master King en-suites, with walk in showers. The two other bedrooms are a double with trundle and twin with two beds, both share the guest bathroom.

The finished lower level is the entertainment area, with 2 TVs, one of which one includes gaming, a full bathroom, foosball table, exercise room, a lounging bar and seating to enjoy with family and friends at the end of the day.
There are many adventures to be had and lots of memories that will stay with you forever.

*Pool; the heated pool is at 81 degrees and included in the rental, there is a $300.00 weekly charge in the off season.
