Once you enter the 2nd floor, you will have 3 bedrooms. The master can be a bedroom/living room. There is a full bath and two bedrooms have a half bath. The mini kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate. You will also have a grill outside for those nights you want to BBQ. There is also free parking for 2 cars.

This location which is brim full of history is within walking distance of the East Chop Beach, Our Market, Circuit Ave., the Oak Bluffs ferry and many others. It is nestled between the home of the late Adam Clayton Powell and Dorothy West's home that is opposite the park known as ''The Oval'' in the best selling novel, The Wedding.

In the offseason, the entire home is available for rental.
