This home is perfect to spend lazy summer days laying on your private beach or boating off your private deep water dock. Almost every room has stunning water views of Waquoit Bay and Washburn Island (http://www.waquoitbayreserve.org/index.htm) Newly added screened in gazebo makes the outdoor space even more enjoyable!
The open floor plan on the 1st floor includes a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, fantastic kitchen island with eating area, dining room with water views & gas fireplace, living room with breathtaking water views and a gas fireplace. The first floor master bedroom suite has a private whirlpool bath. The second floor has three more bedrooms with water views & family game room with a balcony overlooking water. The lower level has a pullout sofa and a half bath.
