Walk to Linnell Landing Beach

What a lovely home in a gorgeous location! We really appreciated the clean, airy feel of the space, as well as the proximity to Linnell landing beach. Sunsets there are gorgeous and it was a treat to be able to walk back and forth to the beach. We also appreciated how clean the home was, with good quality bed covers, pillows, etc. for a good night's sleep. Marilyn is a very responsive host and is great about checking in with renters to make sure they have everything needed.

This was our second stay at this amazing home. Just a short stroll to Linnell Landing Beach, Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park.

The home was clean, spacious and uncluttered - ready for us to move right in and make it ours for the week! Bedrooms are large and comfortable, the private master with bathroom upstairs was great. Air conditioning kept us comfortable on warm days, but loved opening windows at night for the fresh Cape air.

The outdoor covered patio area served us well when our adult kids and grandkids joined us for meals. There is a large yard for the kids to run and play.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of space inside as well for our crew.

We walked across the street to Cape Rep Theater and enjoyed a play with our young grand daughters on Marilyn's recommendation. We will be sure to make this an annual tradition.

This house has it all! What a fantastic location! The beautiful and quiet bay beach at Linnell Landing is a few minutes walk down the street. It was wonderful to spend the day in the water and be able to easily stroll back down after dinner to walk the beach and see the sunset. Cobies - delicious ice cream and food, was also a short walk down the road in the other direction. The Cape Cod Rail Trail was right down the road too. The ride to the trail was quick and safe for riders of all ages.

We have stayed at this home with our children for many years. The home Is ALWAYS in excellent condition and exudes pride of ownership and attentiveness. The location, a 3-minute stroll to the beach, enables us to walk with coolers and chairs easily, and to juggle our children and guests too. In addition, we can walk the beach early in the morning and catch the world’s greatest sunsets across Cape Cod Bay.

The home itself is well appointed and comfortable, and Marilyn keeps it updated each year with attention to detail for her guests. With 3 bedrooms, we have ample room for our kids and visitors, and have years of memories that we will treasure as our children grow up.

Brewster and the area has some of our favorite restaurants - whether fine dining at the Brewster Fish House or casual favs at Cobies, we often find ourselves closing the evening at The Scoop for ice cream, or without kids at our favorite live entertainment spot The Woodshed. show more show less

Can't say enough good things about this lovely home! A short stroll to Linnell Landing Beach, one of the best beaches on Cape Cod Bay. The house is comfortable, very clean, well appointed in a private, quiet location in beautiful Brewster just minutes to Orleans.

The interior has good separation of space; 2 bedrooms down with a full bath and one bedroom upstairs with a full bath. Perfect for family sharing. Open, vaulted and beamed charming main space with living room, fireplace, dining area and galley style kitchen.

Outdoor space great for kids with a tree swing and room to run safely. Deck and covered porch for the adults. We had two small kids with us and it was just great for us to feel they were safe to play in the yard. There is a small shed with all the beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and stuff you'll need including a cart to load up and walk to the beach with! That saved me from packing all that fun stuff! The basement was kids and adult heaven with full ping pong table, pool table, fooze ball and lots of board games to play. Our owner/ hosts were delightfully hospitable and couldn't do enough for us.

We enjoyed this vacation so very much and would stay there again and again. We go to the Cape every summer, and this rental exceeded our expectations. I can highly recommend this place. We had a marvelous week at Linnell Landing! So many precious memories, and the house was a perfect fit for our family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 5-15). You deal directly with the owners, and they put a special touch on many aspects of the house, and even had a welcome sign for our family! The location was also a great match; between the beach, bike rides, ponds at Nickerson and CCRT, Cobie's, and even walking through back paths to the Cape Rep Theater for a morning show with our young boys. We hope to be back again next year! :-)

We stayed at this home last summer and will come back every year we can! The location is perfect for our family and boys. It is a 3-minute walk to our favorite Brewster beach, and convenient to Cobies, the Brewster Fish House, Ocean Edge, and the bike trails. The home is very well cared for, neat, clean, with ample space, including a roomy master suite on the second floor. The boys also enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement.
