Our 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom Condo at Brewster Green Resort is available for rent for your choice of a week beginning on either July 7-14 or July 14- 21. (Each week begins and ends on a Friday and can be rented separately. You have the option to book both weeks together based upon availability.)
Our unit includes three separate bedrooms. It’s equipped with central air conditioning and bonus ac units for the secondary bedrooms. The comfortable primary bedroom has a king size bed, dressers and ample closet space. The secondary bedrooms each have pairs of twin beds. The beds can be put together by the resort staff to become king beds. The condo has the capacity to sleep 8 with the available sleeper sofa in the living room. An ample supply of towels, sheets and bedding supplies are included. Please remember to bring your own beach towels and supplies. It features two full baths with tub/shower sink/vanity and toilets. Bathrooms are located on each level. The first floor also has the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, kitchen and storage closets. The sit down kitchen is a fully equipped with small and large appliances and all the dishes, silverware and cooking utensils to make you feel right at home. The separate dining room with seating for 8 is located next to the kitchen and outdoor patio. The living room has a sofa and loveseat. The second floor has a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large storage closet. The condo also comes equipped with high speed internet/wifi, cable tv with HBO, washer/dryer, stereo, fireplace, private patio, and an outdoor grill.
