Downstairs, there is another queen bed and private bath with walkout slider and plenty of natural light. A seating area and tv complete the lower level. Walk or ride down to the bay in .7 miles taking the shortcut, or drive in 1.6. In 3 minutes you can also walk to Cobie’s for an ice cream cone or an easy meal.

The house is located one lot back from the rail trail and a five minute walk into Nickerson State Park. Nickerson is great for mountain biking, paved paths and freshwater swimming or fishing.
