Piece of Heaven

Diane was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. Communication with Diane was outstanding. The place was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. Perfect location close to Forest Beach. We were blessed that she shared her home with us. We will be coming back soon! Thanks, Diane.

Fun family times

We had the best time at Judy's Lane! The house is perfect with the family room and deck , outside shower , full kitchen, and private living room for quiet time. Beds comfy , outside shower a plus! Clean and comfortable with a great location. We kayaked, played tennis, had cookouts, played games, and went to the beach. It was the best week. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful House/Great Vacation

We were so pleased to find this rental far exceeded our expectations! The house was very roomy yet very cozy. The rooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. The bathrooms were updated and spotless as was the rest of the house. Of course the outside shower was the greatest.

We had a cookout for two other couples and really enjoyed the spacious patio and privacy of the large yard. Our grandchildren left their cottage and spent two nights with us. We had two very fun nights playing games at the dining room table. They enjoyed playing basketball at the nearby court while we watched from the patio. We walked to Forest Beach and enjoyed filling our buckets with shells and riding the waves with our boards.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation. Diane & Harry were so great to deal with. We will definitely rent this house again. Hopefully sooner than next summer!

Beautiful Chatham Home

Our stay at this beautiful Chatham home was wonderful. The home was full of anything and everything you could possibly want in your home away from home. It is very spacious and homey. We especially enjoyed the large family room with glass and screen sliding doors in the evenings and eating dinner on the deck cooked on the Weber gas and charcoal grills provided. The bicycles were a great convenience as well. No lugging our own was great. Diane was such a pleasure to deal with. Always so helpful and friendly. She even has a huge binder with all kinds of recommendations and info on things to do in Cape Cod. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great relaxing time in Cape Cod. Thank you so much Diane.

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at your home

Great little vacation spot hidden away in beautiful Chatham! The house was perfect for our stay with the beach, tennis, and great bike trails close by. Love to cook and had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the newer grill and patio outside. Especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

Pristine home, centrally located, walk to beach!

We've been VRBO renters for 14 years. This home was the cleanest and best equipped place we've ever rented. The tennis court and climbing wall next door kept my kids occupied whenever we were at home. The central location allowed us to explore the Cape (from Whale Watching to long sunset walks...). Forest Beach a short walk away was a great end-of-the-day relaxation spot. Beds were spotless and comfy, great books, quality kitchen equipment, good beach chairs & toys...wish we'd found this spot when our kids were toddlers (high chair, sippy cups, etc.). Diane was great to work with, even checking in via email on Day 2 to make sure we didn't need anything. The restaurant recommendations were great (clam strips and milkshakes/frappes at Kream & Kone were worth the long drive from Maryland). As a bonus, while playing tennis with our kids, we heard a rustling in the bushes behind the court. We paused our game as a HUGE wild turkey and its 4 chicks strolled through the area about 20 feet from where we were standing. So cool!! It's our habit to go to a different location every year, but if we ever come back to Chatham - this is the house we're renting.

Such a nice and well maintained house!

We have been renting every year in Chatham for the last 5 years. This house was the cleanest and the most guestfriendly of all the houses we rented. It had everything: nice beach chairs, inflatable toys to play in the sea, an beach umbrella, 4 bikes and helmets, sand toys etc.

Beds and pillows were very comfy. We loved the outdoor shower. And the kitchen so clean with recent appliances.

I liked that there was also toilet paper, dishwasher soap, detergent for the laundry etc

Lastly, Diane was helpful, generous in answering all my questions and even checked with me on the second day that we had everything we needed.

If we come back next year, this is the house I hope to rent again.

Great spot, easy walk to beach

Our family just left and we can't wait to get back. Three things stand out. First this is a great location. It is quiet, close to Forest Beach and a short easy drive to the main grocery store, local ice cream shop, etc. Second the house is really clean, all on one level and even has beach toys, bikes, etc., in the basement for guests to use. Third, the owner is really nice and super responsive. We rent lots of vacation houses in lots of places and this is a Top Pick.

Lovely Home in Private Setting, Walk to Beach

We stayed for a week in late September, great time to visit, (couldn't get the website arrival calendar to adjust off of October, lol). Down a quiet lane, but close to the quaint town of Chatham, and shopping areas. Updated home was loLovely Home in Private Setting, Walk to Beach with a well stocked kitchen, and private yard with a patio. Very clean throughout, and beds were comfy! Bedrooms are quiet, being away from the family room area. Washer and dryer in the basement. Tennis courts close by and a nice beach is a short, pleasant walk away. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and friendly to work with. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my family or friends! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice and quite, great location

Just as listing described, this little house has almost everything what we need: great location which only takes a few minutes walking to Forest beach, and 10 minutes driving to beautiful main street of Chatham, etc. The tennis court is so close just like in house's backyard. The house is well maintained- nice and clean. And the host
is very considerate to provide almost everything for our convenience: beach chair and umbrella, bikes for adults, tennis rackets, and even flashlight. Everyone enjoy a lot including grandparents and our 7 and 3 years old. Definitely we will be back next year!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to beach

Immaculate house with plenty of room (3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath) and everything you need for a great stay on the Cape. Close to Rt. 28 but not too close. Short drive to the beach or you could walk or bike if you aren't loaded down with too many beach items.

The owners have thought of everything and have all the amenities you could want including chairs, bikes, coolers, fans, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and all the kitchen items you could need. The family room (with a beautiful fireplace for colder weather) with sliders to the patio is a wonderful place to hang out. In addition, a small front living room can be a quiet respite for reading a book or listening to music. Beds were comfortable and 1/2 bath off the master bedroom was a great convenience.

Ample parking for a few cars and on a dead end, so nice and private and quiet. Adjacent to the town tennis courts so if you play, you literally can pop over.

Lots of restaurants nearby in both Chatham and Harwich (including the obligatory ice cream shops) and a short drive into Chatham. Plenty of info in the thick binder you'll find in the house - everything you need to know (the beach schedule and which ones have free parking was especially helpful).

We took a whale watch from P'Town (Dolphin Fleet) and it was amazing - we were lucky to see tons of whales and they were very active.

My wife and I highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Excellent stay - Very quiet - Very clean

I just had a perfect week at Diane's house. The place is just like it looks in the pictures, very clean and very well equipped. It has everything you might need, from bicycles to grills to beach chairs... just take your clothing and linens with you.

The location is great. The place is at the end of a quiet street, just opposite to the tennis court. Very close to a small quiet beach (Forest beach) and not far from an excellent beach (Red river beach). Close to Chatham village, restaurants and everything you need.

I would certainly stay here again. In fact I'd love to go back very soon

The house was perfect.

We were looking for a place that was quiet and secluded yet close to the town and harbor. This house was perfect.

The house was neat, clean and had everything we needed for the week. The owner has everything well thought out. She made sure our stay met our expectations..

Comfortable, quiet, and complete

This place was comfortable from the minute we arrived. Such a peaceful setting with all the amenities we could need. Traveling with two teens and a 6 month old baby made for diverse requirements. The Owners have thought of everything to make you feel right at home. From all the appliances and utensils in the kitchen to the beach gear, boogie boards, and chairs for the beach. The "advice book" of where to eat and what to do was very helpful too. We will definitely stay here again. :-)
