Right down the hill from the famous Chatham Light House, this one-floor living, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath end-unit condo is as close to the ocean as you get!

This open floor plan home is steps away from the condo association’s private beach, and offers gorgeous views from almost every room. Imagine sipping your coffee early in the morning, sitting on your own deck to watch the tide come in.

Clamming and fishing are plentiful and this location has a protected harbor and the fastest access out to Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic. Outermost Harbor Marine Harbor is right next door. Downtown Chatham, with its restaurants and shopping, is just a walk or bike ride away. The nearby Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge offers plentiful birding and opportunities for exploring!

The living room features a sleep sofa and large, flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with two twins and a twin pull-out) also offer flat-screen TVs.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and granite countertops. Unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer, central A/C and free wifi. In addition to the private ocean-front deck and an outdoor sitting area for two featuring Adirondack chairs set on a “floor” of crushed shells, there is also a long, covered patio along the side of the building with a gas grill, picnic table and additional seating for 6-8.

This is the Cape Cod lifestyle at its finest!

No smoking and no pets, please!

Our home has two parking spots in the property lot.

NOTE: We supply sheets, bath towels, pillows, blankets, mattress protector, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap.

During peak summer dates (end of June through first week of September) a minimum one-week rental is required. Three-night rentals may be available at other times of year.

    Fantastic

    This place is really wonderful. The location simply cannot be beat: water views on three sides and two patios. And the place is equipped with everything you could want; there's probably more kitchen equipment than I have at home. Perfect for two couples or a small family.

    The owners were friendly and responsive. We would strongly recommend this place to our friends.

    Spectacular Location & Property

    Just returned from a wonderful week enjoying this home with my wife & daughter. The spectacular location right on the beach front with views of the ocean on three sides makes for a special way to spend quality time with the family. The property itself is clean, comfortable and just "beachy" enough so you don't feel like you need to tip-toe inside the apartment. The choice of leaving screen doors open along with a/c in each room exceeded our expectations for inside comfort.

    This location was amazing! Waterfront views with the ability to walk directly out to the ocean to watch the seals swim by....walk to the quaint village of downtown Chatham and visit the lighthouse and Chatham Bars Inn on your way...or just a few streets over, walk to the Monomoy Island National Wildlife Refuge. Space was perfect for 2 couples as each had their own room and access to their own bath. Watch the sunrise on the deck in the morning and then swing over to the sandy side of the condo to watch the sunset! Owner was super responsive. We plan to rent again soon! show more show less

    Beautiful condo--great views!

    My sister and I were in awe of the views! The condo is very spacious and decorated beautifully; the open concept between the kitchen and living room -- and all those windows with amazing views.. unbelievable!! This is definitely a great place to relax and close to shopping and restaurants on Main Street in Chatham. It really could not have been better. It was interesting to watch the clam diggers when the tide went out. Definitely a 5-star vacation spot.
