Outermost Waterfront Chatham Home w/Wraparound Views & AC!

My husband and I spent a glorious week in this beautifully decorated, clean, ocean-front condo. No need to compromise on comfort here. There was more than enough room for the two of us but plenty of room for a family.

The kitchen has everything - blender, large refrigerator, pots, bowls, glassware, and yippee a full-sized dishwasher. The living area has lots of seating - three sofas, a large TV, many books with a beach theme (loved the large coffee table books especially) even binoculars for viewing the expansive ocean scene right beyond the wall-to-ceiling windows and the two decks. The master with ensuite bathroom is a great size compared to our other beach rental experiences and has views of the water right from your bed. The shower is delightfully large. The second bedroom is equally as comfortable but not as roomy and could benefit from better room darkening curtains due to the lighthouse nearby. The second bath is smaller but nonetheless still a good size and it includes a washer and dryer.

The entryway has an area for leaving wet shoes, beach chairs, etc. so you don't have to bring them into the condo itself. It really cuts down on the amount of sand brought upstairs. We also loved the convenience of the key box so we didn't have to carry our key around with us.

My husband and I spent a glorious week at 28 Starfish Lane! The views were breath taking from almost every window. The condo is bright, spacious, well appointed, within walking distance of the Chatham Light, Monomoy and town but far enough away to be able to enjoy peace and quiet, especially during the week and in early to mid-May.

I love to read but I kept getting distracted by the changing colors of the water, the wildlife and the endless views. The sunrise and sunset walks and sitting on either of the decks was soothing and just what was needed to "escape" the pandemic! We look forward to our next visit! show more show less

Perfectly located right on the beach, with a stunning vista, we had a fabulous time at this home. The condo is decorated beautifully and is stunningly light and airy with views in every direction. I was lost in the view of the ocean - changing with the tide, the weather, the fishing boats coming in, the pleasure boats docking at the adjacent mooring. Much thought has been put into the provisions, from linens to spare blankets to kitchenware. A very short drive to the vibrant Chatham high street for boutique shopping and great restaurants, though ideally located for access to other towns and beaches on the Cape. The post dinner walk along the beach to Chatham light made it feel a thousand miles from home (in reality 2 hours away!) A good way to justify excellent dinners & local ice cream! Two parking spaces was incredibly useful for us. The a/c was efficient and everything was comfortable. We found the condo very clean and well maintained.
