Had a wonderful visit to the Cape. House is well-stocked and tidy, and in a good location. Deck and outdoor amenities especially nice. Short walk to Schoolhouse Pond (a great beach for small children), and close to playground and all-cape bike path network (https://www.mass.gov/locations/cape-cod-rail-trail). Barbara very responsive and helpful. Many thanks for a great visit!

I rented this house for a girls' long weekend with three friends. We were delighted by the house--it was exactly as advertised. We especially appreciated the generous outdoor space and being a short walk to Schoolhouse Pond, which has a nice swimming beach. Barbara was very pleasant and responsive to deal with. We would definitely rent this house again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay with 4 adults and 4 children. There was plenty to room for the kids to run free downstairs and also safely outside. We loved the proximity to town and also to our favorite beach: Red River Beach.

Everything was clean, easy to find in the kitchen, and the owners were very available for any quick questions we had.

The Fisher's rental home was a great home away from home. It is set in a great location with a pond within walking distance and close to the center of town and area attractions. The home accommodated our family of 5 with more than enough room to allow for spacious living during the week. We look forward to renting this home again!

Ridgevale Beach with all the tide pools was another favorite. The location was perfect being close to town and the bike trail. We will have great memories of our time here."

Nice, clean home in close proximity to numerous activities. The house was tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely enough room for the 6 of us to not be in each other's hair.

Barbara was very efficient in answering questions and relaying information. Indoor fireplace was a lifesaver during the rainy week and outdoor shower was a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 10 day stay in your lovely home! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and our kids loved the air hockey table in the basement. Lovely, walkable location to Schoolhouse Pond in a quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home! The three floors worked well for our family, with space for the teens to spread out in the finished basement. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the indoor and outdoor dining areas were perfect for family meals. The weather was rainy, which provided the perfect opportunity to make a fire in the beautiful fireplace, making everything cozy and warm.

The location of this house was probably its best feature - out of the hustle of downtown Chatham but close to amenities, restaurants, the bike path and one of the best kettle ponds on the Cape! show more show less
