This 1928 historic home has been updated, has central AC, is well appointed and is beautifully decorated. Our walkout family room to our spacious private patio and grassy yard is very private. The two combined buildings offer 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. The property is just 150 steps to the back of the Chatham Squire. The main house has a wonderful front porch to enjoy after a day in town or at the beach. The living room is so inviting with updated comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

There are two bedrooms in the main house on the second floor with two queens and a twin trundle bed. Look out the door and there is the adorable one bedroom guest house that everyone will want to call their own. This cottage underwent a complete interior renovation creating outstanding guest quarters. It offers a queen-size bed, cozy living space and updated bath with a 65 inch television and PS5 in walkout family room. Both houses are included in this charming rental.
