    Maria and Edson are full-time year-round residents of Chatham. Our main house in North Chatham (#5282) has been a successful vacation rental on weneedavacation.com for 15 years. We are excited to list our new downtown location this year! Edson was born & raised in Chatham and his landscape business designs and maintains some of Chatham's most prestigious properties. Maria has lived in Chatham for 18 years and is the Executive Chef at the popular DelMar Bistro-which is walking distance from the condo! Be sure to book your dinner reservation well in advance directly through the Chef!

    What is special about this property?
    We are so excited to introduce this property to the vacation rental market! We recently purchased this unique historic property and we're making many interior and exterior improvements. Check back in May to see photos of the new interior decorating. Outside, the spacious deck has a brand new seating & dining area, a new sod lawn is being installed, as well as many new flower plantings. One of our best features is our proximity to downtown! Just seconds off Main Street, we are close to everything yet still quiet & private. Just steps away from Chatham's best shopping and restaurants, steps to the Chatham A's ball-field and playground, hop on the bike trail across the street, walk the Chatham loop to Oyster Pond or Light House Beach, never worry about where you're going to park in town!
