Andrew and I are newly weds and have just welcomed our first bundle of joy in to the world.
We would love to welcome you to your home away from home on the Cape. Recently renovated Whalers Cottage is our first vacation rental property and we so look forward to welcoming guest and really hope you enjoy all the cottage has to offer. Whalers Cottage sits in a very idyllic neighborhood and you should definitely take advantage of the beautiful beach that is just a short walk away.



What is special about this property?
Recently refurbished, Whalers Cottage offers 2 comfortable bedrooms both with new queen beds, heating and cooling mini splits, TV's, closet space and mirrors. There is an additional sleeping area in the large loft with 2 new twin beds. The cottage boasts a bright open plan feel, with a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a dining area for 6. The lounge area has a cosy feel with the warmth of a fireplace for those Fall and Winter days. There is 1 bathroom and an outdoor shower. Take in the beautiful outdoors, BBQ and relax on the outdoor deck or 3 seasoned porch with additional dining for 6. The cottage has a good size driveway that could fit a small boat please contact us for further information.
Some of the amenities included, washer available seasonally, typically May - October, dryer available year round (both located in the shed), BBQ grill, 3 smart TV's, heating and cooling mini splits throughout cottage, wireless internet, games, beach chairs and beach cart, sheets, pillows duvets and bathroom towels provided.

Relax with the whole family at this year round Charming Chatham Seaside Cottage , with just a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach (Forest Beach 0.4). Set on a private road, nestled amongst stunning trees, a peaceful and fun place to stay and explore all that the cape has to offer, a little piece of heaven. Walking distance to restaurants (Talkative Pig, Bucas, Castaways...) and just a short drive or bike ride into Chatham center or Harwich Port.

What is special about your town?
Chatham is located at the southeast tip of the Cape, historically a fishing community and home to the Monomoy National Wildlife Rufuge and the decommissioned Monomoy Point Light. Chatham is know for its charming main street full of restaurants and shops and well known for its beautiful beaches, nature trails and parks, an idyllic natural paradise. Made up of 4 villages, with Whalers Cottage being situated in South Chatham, on a quiet, naturally beautiful and unspoiled private dead end road surrounded by trees and wildlife with just a short walk to Forest Beach.
