5 star review! "In Kara's place you are fully immersed in the cape. It is a classic shingled cape cod home with a peaceful backyard and huge deck to enjoy after a long day of shopping or playing at the beach. It is centrally located just 5minutes from downtown Chatham. We had everything we needed (from beach toys/umbrella to pack n play and high chair) for a relaxing family vacation with young kids. Kara is a wonderful host and very responsive. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back."

5 star review! "This house was perfect for my family and our first visit to Cape Cod. I loved being in a quiet neighborhood. Although we had to drive to the beach and restaurants, they were not far away. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio in a beautiful backyard. The house had beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Comfortable beds, nice linens and fluffy towels - all the necessities! Kara was attentive and it was easy to communicate with her. 5 star review! "I have stayed at quite a few Air BnB's and Kara is by the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She was proactive and responsive at all times. Her home was clean and just lovely. Quiet, private, end of cul de sac location yet close to downtown Chatham. We had a wonderful time. Her retracting awning out on the deck was a fantastic plus as well as the outdoor shower and privacy screens. I will be returning."

Loved this house! It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was perfect for staying with a family. Beach was just down the road...and other beaches were close too. Close to some restaurants and backyard was great for bbq-ing!

What a beautiful home! When we arrived the house was spotless and beautifully decorated in your typical Cape Cod beachy theme! This house has everything you can think of for your stay at the beach. The beaches are close and easily accessible by bike or car, one beach is a mile a way so within walking distance. The basement was perfect for our three teenagers and the backyard was a perfect oasis. Kara the property manager was extremely pleasant, responsive and a joy to work with. We have stayed in several homes down the cape in the last several years but have to say this is one of my top favorites and will definitely be back! show more show less

This house was just a great fit for my family of 3 and my sister who likes her own space. We were able to stay in the bedrooms upstairs - both a great size, both with awesome beds and AC - while she stayed in the finished walkout basement with its own living room, doors to the patio, bath, and AC. We had more than enough seating for everyone with the couches and the table. We definitely cooked on the grill which worked great and we had no problem making meals in the kitchen - all was there. We also used the deck with the retractable awning every day. The outdoor set is basically brand new and very nice. Probably the best feature of the house when you're talking summer on the Cape. The yard is so peaceful to look at while you're sitting outside. And while you're right off of 28/Main (say 2 houses in) you don't hear any traffic. The neighbors were also very nice. Would be happy to stay again. Plus Kara, our property manager from Cape Peninsula Properties was really excellent. Happy to answer any questions, always followed up, etc. Made it easy to rent. show more show less

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!, I've never been to such an incredible rental home, definitely wish we stayed longer! The house has a great flow, open floor plan with tv/sitting room, kitchen and dining area that looks out to a deck and back yard OASIS. We have a toddler with food allergies so like to make a lot of meals and the kitchen was fully stocked (Keurig, toaster, blender, pots/pans, etc.) My husband enjoyed the Weber grill (he's never made so many meals, we may need to upgrade our grill lol). The patio set looked brand new and super comfy.

We stayed upstairs (two adults / two kids) and two grandparents stayed in the basement - it's a walkout basement that feels like an entire home studio - with TV/sitting, queen bed and full bathroom. Washer/dryer also in basement, we didn't do laundry this trip but machines looked nice and new.

The location was great - right off of Route 28 on a quiet cul de sac. We checked out Ridgevale and Hardings beach, both were super close and AMAZING! They had chairs, beach towels and toys for the kids. Was still too cold for the water but hopefully whenever we are back next time! Playground like 2 min away. Kids also loved mini golf at Bud's in Harwich about 10 min drive away and the mini golf places in Yarmouth are about 20 min.
