Welcome to our three bedroom / two bathroom Cape home in Chatham! Use the included bikes in the garage to take a short bike ride to Hardings Beach, or take a 5 minute drive to downtown Chatham. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path runs right by the neighborhood, and provides easy access for a run, walk, or bike ride. You will find lots of space both indoors and outdoors to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Chatham. Outdoors, you will enjoy a lighted deck with patio furniture, natural gas grill, outdoor games, kids' toys, beach cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, and 5 new adult bikes (one set up with 2 child trailer), and 2 kids' bikes.

Inside, the open living space (both family and living room) provides room to relax after a sun filled day at any of the beautiful Nantucket Sound or National Seashore beaches. A brand new 70'' QLED TV with Sonos sound system will allow anyone to find their favorite show or movie with streaming options such as Disney +, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Peacock, Paramount +, ESPN, HBOMax, etc. Chefs will appreciate the new kitchen, complete with all the cooking, serving, and dining ware most will need. If you are looking to avoid standing over the stove during your stay, enjoy a short walk to Kream 'N Kone, West Chatham Grill, Mom and Pop's Burgers, Larry's PX, Dogfish Taco, Dunkin' Donuts, or Sweet Dreams Ice Cream, or take a 5 minute drive into town for a plethora of other dining and shopping options.

    We have had a renters over the past two years, and they have enjoyed their stays in our home. Our home is beautifully appointed, and a very comfortable place to relax for a week in wonderful Chatham.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is beautifully appointed with tasteful furniture and many amenities. Renters can enjoy the 75'' TV, the updated kitchen, or relax outdoors with the patio furniture and Adirondack chairs. Our home is very close to the Nantucket Sound beaches (Hardings and Ridgevale) and a quick bike ride or drive into the wonderful downtown of Chatham.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is a wonderful place on the Cape. The downtown offers a plethora of shopping options, and is accessible by the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path (steps from our home) or by a 5 minute drive by car. Chatham offers wonderful Nantucket Sound beaches (within 2 miles of our home) such as Hardings Beach, Ridgevale Beach, or Cockle Cove Beach, or you can take in the stunning vista at Lighthouse Beach near town. Chatham also offers a wide variety of dining options, ranging from casual (Kream N' Kone) to fine dining. We look forward to hosting you at our home, and encourage you to get out and explore all that Chatham has to offer!
