Spectacular, quintessential Cape Cod beach house is situated on 1.36 acres offering direct beach front and extraordinary views for your group to create wonderful memories with swimming, boating, and beach strolling right outside your door.  In North Chatham overlooking the Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean.

About This Home:
Enter through the side door by the detached two car garage.  A cute entry room awaits your coat and shoes.

The antique cast iron stove set on a brick hearth greets you in the sitting room off the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast at the table as you gaze out upon the early morning fishermen and gentle waves.  

Large kitchen with ample counter space all with an ocean view!  Continue through into the large formal dining room with fireplace, side bar and dining table with seating for 8. The antique chandelier reminds you of yesteryear while the view excites you for today's adventure

Head through the dining room into the hall way to the right is Bedroom #1 with a king bed, flat screen TV, desk, and closet.  In the hall is bath #1 with shower tub combo.

Tucked away in the closet next to the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer.

Continue to the main entry of the home and find the family room, complete with built in shelves and cabinets - there are two couches, two occasional chairs, game table and flat screen TV all with a spectacular view of the patio and ocean through the large sliding glass doors.

Head upstairs between the dining room and kitchen.  At the top of the stairs is bath #2 with shower tub combo. On your right is the home office with desk and built in bookshelves.
Bedroom # 2 on the right with a queen bed, dresser, flat screen tv, desk and two closets. 
Bedroom # 3 has 2 twins beds, built in cabinets, dresser and closet. 
Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds, desk, and closet. 

This home has central air conditioning on the main level - a mini-split and window units in second floor bedrooms for extra comfort.

The finished basement can be accessed from the main floor.  Head downstairs to find additional entertainment space with couch, chair, flat screen tv and puzzle table. Enjoy the hand painted mural that brings a glimpse of the outside in!

Head outside to your own private path to the beach, or relax on the patio around the gas fire pit... the choice is yours on this large beach front home!
Enjoy a outdoor shower after enjoying your time in the salty ocean waters right outside your door!

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience. 
No Smoking of anything and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Dog Friendly Homes are for a Dog only.  This home allows 1 dog.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 4  No parking on lawn anytime.  
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner. 

Additional Information to Assist You:

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
