This 3-bedroom, 1-bath + outdoor shower home is nestled at the end of a quiet, dead-end street surrounded on two sides by conservation land. With a spacious front and side yard, your family can play lawn games, enjoy a cookout or take in the beautiful wildlife that calls the surrounding conservation land, home.

Ridgevale Beach is a short 3-minute walk away and provides a kid-friendly atmosphere with a calm, lazy river. Its bridges and unmatched views are sure to provide you with the quintessential Cape Cod experience. The house is centrally located between historic downtown Chatham & Harwich, which both offer numerous dining and nightlife options. The bike path and Nantucket Ferry are also less than 10-minutes away.

As for the home itself, we have a full eat in kitchen that can comfortably seat 6 and comes equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, gas stove & oven, microwave & refrigerator. The open floor concept, allows you to cook and/or eat in the kitchen while easily accessing the living area. With seating for up to 7 people and a smart TV with Fubo, NetFlix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. you can enjoy a movie or a Red Sox game after a long day at the beach!

Entering the hallway, you will have a full bathroom with tub to your left and the first of three bedrooms to your right. Our first bedroom holds 2 twin beds, a closet, nightstand & bureau. The second bedroom directly next to the first contains the same items and a washer and dryer. The last bedroom has one queen bed, a larger bureau, wicker chair and closet. Each room has the option for an in-unit air conditioner, if needed.

    Chatham has been a special place for John as he spent his childhood summers there each year. When he and I met in 2014, he couldn't wait to show me around Chatham. As the years went on, John and I started spending more and more time on the Cape. Between evening walks on Hardings Beach with our chocolate lab to getting engaged at a local Chatham marina, we have shared many amazing memories in Chatham together. Which is why we decided to purchase our first home here in early 2023. For the months following the purchase, we have spent every weekend working on the property. So many memories have already been made in such a short amount of time, and we can only hope that you can make your own memories in our home this summer.

    What is special about this property?
    Our quintessential Cape Cod home is perfectly nestled at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. Surrounded on two sides by conservation land, it offers privacy and a safe environment for children to play.

    Location is key - just a short 3-minute walk to the beach! Also, with the majority of the conservation land being a marsh, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for all of the beautiful birds and wildlife in the area.

    If you're interested in exploring the area, you can choose between downtown Chatham or Harwich and can take a short ferry over to Nantucket for the day.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is exactly what you envision when you think of Cape Cod. With a beautiful, vibrant downtown, an excellent Cape-League baseball team and a Band Stand that plays music for families every Friday night, what more could you ask for?
