The property’s location is ideal. It’s only a five-minute drive to popular Harding Beach and only seven minutes to Ridgevale Beach. Drive just six minutes to Main Street and Chatham Village; 11 minutes to Main Street, Harwich Port Center. Each village center offers outstanding restaurant options, including ice cream and saltwater taffy. You’ll find the shops intriguing, as well as the galleries, concerts and Cape League baseball in June and July. 

This home provides a serene, very private setting with thoughtfully planned and beautifully maintained yard and gardens, which you’ll enjoy from the spacious mahogany wood deck and adjacent flagstone patio. Here is where you’ll also find the wood burning fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower and handy gas grill. Dine al fresco!  The deck has a good sized, umbrella shaded table and chairs.

Inside, the glistening open and social kitchen has updated appliances, including a gas range, and granite counters. It is fully outfitted with everything you’ll need, including stool seating for four at the oversized peninsula.

The kitchen opens to the dining area and inviting main living room with plenty of comfy lounge seating and a cable/smart TV mounted over the fireplace. 

Three of the home’s four bedrooms are located on the main level. One has a queen size bed. The second bedroom also presents a queen size bed, while the third main level bedroom has a twin plus a set of bunk beds.

There are two full baths on the main level as well. One has a step-in shower, while the other bath is a tub/shower combination.

The upper level provides a complete suite, planned with both taste and comfort in mind. There’s a large bedroom with a queen size bed separated by a barn door to a second living room or lounge, complete with another wall mounted cable/smart TV. Of course there’s another full bath here with a step in shower. 

This home has central air conditioning plus split units for customized climate control, as well as high speed Wi-Fi.
