Hello, this is Nick Malloy managing this house for my grandparents Bob and Nancy Ferraro. My grandparents have had this house for a very long time and I have enjoyed countless memories here. I am hoping other families and groups will be able to have memorable experiences here as well!
What is special about this property?
This house is so special because of the massive living space on the first floor which has seating and room for all family members. Everything from huge dinners for our family of 30+ who all fit just fine, intense board games in the beautifully open great room, watching football and other sporting events with my grandfather in the T.V. area, and running around with cousins upstairs in the ''kids T.V. room'' and outside in the great outdoor space. I always enjoyed a good game of catch on the front lawn, quick jog or bike ride to Hardings Beach for a dip in the water, and cookouts on the grill in the evening. I hope you may be able to create some truly unforgettable memories in a house you will find unlike any other.
What is special about your town?
My favorite part about the location of the house has come about recently. Mom & Pops burgers is just down the street and even coming from New York City, this place is far better than shake shack. There is also a plethora of other restaurants and great lunch spots such as Mexican, Asian, Seafood, Sandwich shops, Dunkin, and most importantly while on vacation: the Ice Cream and Beer store. Hardings Beach is the closest but we also have Ridgevale Beach right by in addition to a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown Chatham with all the shops as well as the Chatham Lighthouse and Beach which has, in my unbiased opinion, the best views on all of Cape Cod.
