Enjoy your vacation in this remodeled 3 bedroom Cape Cod home which sleeps seven. The house is an easy 7 minute walk to warm-water ocean swimming at Falmouth Heights Beach, the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, restaurants, and a bike rental shop. The backyard is spacious and includes an open deck with patio furniture, a new enclosed outdoor shower and a stainless steel gas grill. In addition, there is a roofed, outdoor deck which provides shade and includes a light and fan
The first floor has a spacious, bright, open living-dining area decorated in a beach theme as is the entire house. The dining room table easily seats 8-10 people. Also located on the first floor is a bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, a half bath, and a kitchen and laundry area. The second floor has two bedrooms( two twin beds and one queen bed) and a full bath with tub and shower. An outdoor shower is convenient for washing off sand after a day at the beach. Air conditioning units are provided in all bedrooms, and one large unit is in the living-dining area. Fans are also provided. The house has hardwood floors throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms.
Parking is available for five cars in our private driveway. Pets are not allowed. Smoking also is not allowed in the house. The tenant is responsible for linens, bedding and towels. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach buggy for your use.
We are located in a lovely quiet residential area. On the wide, grass, park-like median on nearby Worcester Ct., families enjoy playing wiffle ball, baseball, volley ball, and badminton.
We encourage our tenants to enjoy our vegetable and herb garden.
From our home, there is so much to enjoy in and around Falmouth without the hassle of driving. Main St. is a short drive away, but we frequently walk there.

Great Home & Accomodating Homeowners

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! Some of our kids joined us for this vacation and we all slept well at night in comfy beds. Nice sitting/gathering areas inside & out. Appreciated beach chairs too that we borrowed for outings! Conveniently located to beach, ferry, town, and park (where we enjoyed an awesome community band concert). We were also blessed with lovely weather!

Wonderful week

We enjoyed a wonderful week at your very comfortable home! Plenty of room for the 7 of us, and complete with everything we needed! The location is ideal ..a quick walk to catch the ferry to the Vineyard, the beach and restaurants. Great neighborhood for walking as well!

We look forward to renting again next summer!!

Charming Cape Cod retreat.

Well kept, comfortably furnished and charming Cape-style house in a quite neighborhood. The location was perfect; within walking distance from a great beach and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Quick drive and doable bike ride to all the shops and restaurants in Falmouth and the bike trail to Woods Hole.

A nice plus was the covered porch for relaxing in the shade after a busy day at the beach or on the bike trail.

Great Beach Location

This is the quintessential beach house. We walked only five minutes each day to Falmouth Heights Beach. Returned to a nice outdoor shower, dinner on the deck, and drinks on the porch. We brought our own cornhole game which we played on the perfect side yard.
We really appreciated the air conditioners in every room to keep us cool and comfortable when inside. There was one day of rain in which we played board games all day on the nice big dining table inside. Overall, we had a great vacation in this home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay this past week! The house was absolutely beautiful and a great distance to beach! I would recommend this house to anyone especially those with kids -- nice and close to beach! Great Home

This house has everything you need for a fun, relaxing, stress-free vacation. The location is excellent. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and ferry. The covered porch is a great place to host friends and family. The house is clean, neat and has all the amenities we were looking for. We would definitely come back!

Great week in Falmouth Heights

We had a wonderful week in Falmouth Heights. There was plenty of room in the rental for our family of five. It is located in a great spot where you can take a very short walk to the Falmouth Heights Beach. You can also walk to Martha's Vineyard Ferry located in Falmouth harbor and to the CCBL Falmouth Clippers baseball field.

Clean, cozy & great location

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee & easy walk to the beach. House was very clean and pictures were accurate. We spent a lot of time on the deck and it was spacious with a cute garden and large yard our kids played in. Neighborhood was quiet and safe - very family friendly. Home owners were quick to answer emails and very approachable. I would rent from them again and love this area!

We have owned our property since the summer of 2005. As a home improvement contractor, my husband, Juri, has had a wonderful experience updating and remodeling our home. Also, he recently added a new, large outdoor shower and an outdoor covered deck which our renters seem to use and enjoy greatly. It has become a wonderful retreat for one person or a gathering place for the entire family.
Both Juri and I love the outdoors and walk almost daily. Back home, I volunteer teach at our local environmental center so Cape Cod, with its immense beauty, offers us many opportunities to enjoy nature.
Juri is an avid gardener and cabinetmaker; our family benefits from his food, furniture and incredible talent as handyman of all household projects.
We have three grown children and four grandchildren who visit us on the Cape each year.
Our home on the Cape has become very special to us, and we welcome families to enjoy and respect it when visiting.

What is special about this property?
Our property's location is a short seven minute walk to the Falmouth Heights Beach. Also, restaurants, the Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard, and bicycle renting are within a short walk from our home.
Our home has been remodeled with our most recent project being a covered outdoor deck and a lovely, huge outdoor shower.
The interior is entirely a beach theme so it gets you in the mind-set of vacation time.
Main Street is an easy 5-8 minute drive where restaurants, library, Chamber of Commerce, bike path, and our famous French bakery are located.
