This recently built home is located in the Menauhant community with access to private club, tennis courts and beach with membership (not included in rental, but can be accessed with a fee).

It features an open floor plan on the ground floor that includes well-equipped kitchen with large island, dining area and living room. There is a spacious primary bedroom with queen bed on the second floor with full bath. Also on that floor are two bedrooms with two twin beds in each. There is an additional bedroom with separate bath over the garage, lacking only a closet. There is a brick patio with a charcoal grill.

The house is approximately a five minute walk to the public beach (Menauhant Beach). For anyone choosing to join the club, there are clay tennis courts and a private beach within steps. The cost for 2024 is $165 a week for adults or $330 for two weeks. Junior members are $150 as tennis and sailing lessons are included for some August weeks.

Falmouth offers many excellent restaurants and the house offers easy access to the The Shining Sea Bikeway which is a rail trail that runs for 10.7 miles from the Steamship Authority ferry terminal in Woods Hole to North Falmouth with fantastic views. The house is also 3.6 miles from Falmouth inner harbor and the Island Queen ferry dock.
