I rented this townhouse from Sep 2019-July 2020. I lived alone, it would have been just as comfortable with 2-4 inhabitants. (For me, it was especially comfortable to host weekend guests.) The home was well-maintained, and Jane and Ron were highly responsive to issues. (They replaced a toilet during my tenancy.) The home was furnished and decorated, the 2.5 bathrooms make it feel less crowded even with several guests. There is a large, clean unfinished basement space perfect for storing bikes or beach supplies.
The biggest upside is the location, with access to beaches, the bike path, and the shops/restaurants in downtown Falmouth. If you take an summer evening walk on the bike trail, you'll see bunnies and fireflies. Beebe Woods, with several miles of trails and a rope swing into a pond, is also an easy walk away. So is the Peter Pan depot bus station, and the local dive bar which hosts a lobster roll food truck in the summers. The neighbors of this shared condo complex were especially sweet, and offered holiday cards and kind conversation during my 11-month stay.
The downside is that the shared backyard has limited privacy, and there's commercial zoning on the street so it doesn't feel as home-y from the outside. (More like a small office park.) It's a better launch point for going out in the community than a place to host large gatherings.
