A four bedroom Greek Revival built in 2001, this house has a nice yard to play in and is located directly on the Shining Sea Bikeway, a 12-mile bike path through woods, beaches, salt marshes, and cranberry bogs. Inquire about availability of a mooring.

The house has one full bath and two half baths, plus an outdoor shower. Bedrooms have one queen-size bed, three single beds, and a double bed. There is a washer-dryer as well as three bicycles, fishing rods, and beach toys. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, picnic table, grill, t.v. with cable, and broadband internet.

Take the bike path one mile to Chapaquoit Beach, with warm water and amazing sunsets westward over the water; or to Bourne Farm, a working 18th-century farm and museum. 7.5 miles down the bike path is Woods Hole, with scientific cruises for kids, a free aquarium, galleries, museums, and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s a quarter-mile walk to West Falmouth Village, with shopping, ice cream, library, and Quaker Meeting House.Plimoth Plantation, whale watching, the New Bedford Whaling Museum, the Cape Cod National Seashore, and Boston are all within a 90 minute drive.
