This classic Cape Cod 3-bedroom cottage is located on Little Pond. Enjoy a short walk to Falmouth Heights and Bristol Beach with views of the Vineyard from the large rear deck. There are water views from every room. Located on a low traffic one-way residential street, you are near the beach yet off the busy beach road.

Bring your kayaks for easy walk-in access to Little Pond.

The home sleeps (8 max) with two Queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with four twins (two separate twins and a trundle bed).

There is a large island kitchen with an open floor plan, first floor bathroom with walk-in shower and second floor full bathroom. Newer appliances, fixtures and finishes throughout. A single room air conditioner is provided in the 2nd floor Queen bedroom only; floor fans are provided for other living spaces. There is internet television in the family room and first floor bedroom only.

The large deck has table and seating for (8) and two chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun by the pond. Propane grill is provided. Outdoor rinse shower is installed for your convenience.
