This fully furnished Cape Cod style ranch with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car attached garage is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Enjoy dining on the fully furnished deck with great water views of Bournes Pond and Nantucket Sound. The 3 bedrooms have 1 king and 5 twins. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

It's an easy, 300 yard short walk to Menauhant Beach or Green Pond Boat Yard. You are minutes from Falmouth Heights, the Shining Sea Bike Path, Woods Hole and the ferries to Martha's Vineyard.

Take a leisurely stroll through Falmouth Center with its array of restaurants, shops and sightseeing options. For the sports fan, the Falmouth Commodores play in town in the well known Cape Cod Baseball League.

Fabulous Location!

This is the perfect vacation home! Great open concept kitchen/dining area with 3 season porch bringing the outside in. Deck perfect for outdoor dining as well. A short walk to the duck pond or Menehaunt Beach. Very close to Falmouth Heights and the Martha's Vineyard ferry boats!

We are the original owners and builders of Moonpenny lane. Our family has been vacationing in Falmouth for over 50 years and found the lot when its was a large track of forrest in the 1980's

We are invested in the town, the community and entire neighborhood

What is special about this property?
The property is in a great location for a family the enjoys an easy walk to the beach.
The house is under a quarter to the beautiful Menaunt Beach and steps away from Bournes Pond.

Bournes pond is tremendous for quahogs, sailing, kayaking or paddle boarding. The pound offers access to Martha's Vinyard Sound but also spectacular peaceful waters miles into East Falmouth
