Our families have vacationed at the Cape for generations. We found this property and fell in love with Teaticket and Perch Pond.

What is special about this property?
We fell in love with this property...the location is quiet and private. Located down a private road, our home is large, sunny, and spacious. It offers families a private place to relax and get away from it all while enjoying the lovely views and gentle breezes from Nantucket Sound.Although its close to beaches, shopping, and downtown, it provides the feel of Old Cape Cod. Nestled among the oaks on the bank of Perch Pond...your family can swim from the dock, kayak into Great Pond, or sit by the water to enjoy the views. Access to the Vineyard within 20 mins by boat or hop the ferry only minutes from the house. There is so much to do! The house is large and you'll never feel cramped even with a larger group. Come explore the wonders of Cape Cod.

What is special about your town?
Our families have been vacationing in Falmouth for decades. Why fight lower Cape traffic-- It offers little villages within itself. We are located in East Falmouth also referred to as Teaticket. Falmouth is a coastal town on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It’s known for its beaches, such as Old Silver Beach to the north and Falmouth Heights, across from the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Inland, Highfield Hall & Gardens, a 19th-century estate, exhibits contemporary art. The landmark Nobska Lighthouse stands at the town’s southern tip. The Woods Hole Science Aquarium is home to marine life such as seals and lobsters. As one of the most vibrant communities on Cape Cod...Falmouth has it all.
