Walk across the street to your own private beach. Rock on the front porch, and view Martha's Vineyard across the Sound. The cottage contains a back entry/pantry, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room, and front porch. There is an outside shower and a picnic table with a nearby charcoal grill.

The lot is a double-sized providing for suitable parking and lawn games. In addition to your own private beach across the street, there is a public beach at the bottom of Maravista, less than one block away. There is a much larger public beach within walking distance at Falmouth Heights. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as the Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

We provide Internet. Also, the town of Falmouth has provided numerous hot spots throughout the town.
