Enjoy beautiful Falmouth. Book now for your summer vacation or a fall getaway. Enjoy the Cape Cod air while rocking on the front porch.

Our home is less than 800 feet from beautiful Falmouth Heights Beach. The house is a five minute walk to the Falmouth Road Race finish line, Little Pond to feed the ducks or kayak, and the amazing July 4th fireworks. Additionally, it is a five minute walk to two restaurants with ocean views, and a 10 minute walk to the Black Dog Cafe and the Island Queen for a short ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard. The 1500 square foot home sleeps 7 and it sits on a family friendly dead end street. The driveway has parking for three cars. MINIMUM AGE 25. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS INCLUDING NO VISITING PETS.

The main living area includes a lovely living room with a sofa, loveseat and recliner; a dining room that seats 6 to 8 people with French doors leading to a large deck that seats 10 people, a bright eat-in kitchen, and a half bath. The second floor includes three bedrooms (1 king, 1 double, 1 bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom) and one full bath. Each floor has one or more window AC units- 1 in each bedroom on the second floor and 1 on the first floor. There is an enclosed outside shower for your convenience after a long day at the beach.

Amenities include: freshly laundered mattresses pads, coverlets, and throws; a washer and dryer, microwave, 2 coffeemakers (Keurig and regular brew), lobster pot, cable TV, high speed wireless internet, 4 AC units, a BBQ-grill, outside enclosed shower, wagon to carry your beach items, a beach chair for each guest listed on lease, sand toys, and a cooler on wheels.

Items we provide to get you started:
Kleenex and paper towel in each bathroom and the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a large trash bag for each day of your stay, a full container of hand soap in each bathroom and at the kitchen sink, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent tabs for the dishwasher, small bottle of laundry detergent, 1 packet of napkins. Cape Cod potato chips, salt and pepper, plus a cold bottle of water for each guest listed on your lease.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks. It is everything as advertised and the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Catherine and Joan have created a great place to stay and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Situated on a very quiet street, it is literally a 4 minute walk to the beach (we timed it!). Plenty of beach chairs and towels were provided, which made packing for the trip easy. The house is tastefully decorated and unique in layout and all things one would need are provided. Catherine and Joan were very responsive and helpful with with any questions we had. Downtown Falmouth is a short car or bike ride away and we felt close to everything. Lovely House and Location

Joan and Catherine’s house is wonderful. It is a comfortable place to spend time — inviting and clean. The bedrooms are all a good size, the kitchen and bathrooms are well maintained and well stocked. The backyard is just as nice. Our family quickly felt at home.

Being two blocks from the beach made for an easy and relaxing vacation, and the quiet and small streets meant the children could wander freely.

Joan and Catherine were great hosts, easy to contact and quick to respond if I had any questions.

The Perfect Vacation Spot

This house was adorable and perfect for our family of 5 plus a visit from grandparents! It's a 5 minute walk to Falmouth Heights Beach, which is wonderful and a 10 min walk to the ferry to MV. Just a 5 min drive to the Falmouth Commodores Cape Cod Summer Baseball field and a Free Movie on the town green, plus many shops, ice cream, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. We went over to Popponesett one day to shop, eat lunch and play mini golf too. The cottage itself is adorable and has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation! We had always stayed in Chatham in the past but will be back to Falmouth for sure! show more show less

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed the week of July 7th and the location and accommodations were perfect. We lucked out with the weather as well. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck and our evening cocktail on the front porch.

The home is closer to the beach than we expected so pleasantly surprised with that. Home was “very” clean and welcoming.
