This three bedrooms, one bathroom home in East Falmouth was everything we needed for me and my mom's transition from Florida to Massachusetts in the heart of winter! The subtle colors and nautical theme of this beautiful, quaint and cozy cottage with access to a nearby private beach reminded us of the summery sea and sun we left behind. Beautiful hardwood floors welcomed our bare feet in this immaculate, well loved home away from home. A quick drive to pharmacies, groceries, shopping and food near Falmouth and Mashpee Commons made settling in quite easy. Madeline was easily reached and quickly responsive to our needs. Great location in East Falmouth. The house is beautifully decorated and great for kids or a group of adults. It's the perfect size cape house for a family of 4,5 or 6. Madeline was really responsive and also really accommodating to anything we needed and worked with us to adjust the reservation when we needed it due to an impending hurricane. Would definitely rent here again!

The house was great! Spacious back yard and clean house. Appreciated having the relaxing space to come back to after lounging on the various nearby beaches. Communication was barely needed due to the ideal setup but was immediate when needed. Thanks to Madeline and would definitely recommend to others.

This rental was an excellent fit for our family. It is updated, clean and has everything you need for vacation. It is well maintained, quiet, provides privacy. I have stayed there in the past for a few days, and the owner is always making improvements to make the stay comfortable as well as to provide all the conveniences as if you were home. You can ride your bike and walk to the beach. This property is well maintained and makes for an excellent get away. I will definitely book again!
