There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. Lovely private back yard with a patio set, gas grill and fire pit. Roof deck with water views of Great Pond.

Just 200 yards to a pathway that leads to Great Pond with a small beach to kayak or swim. Less than a 5 minute drive to Menahaunt Beach.

    A perfect stay

    We spent 10 days at this home. It was perfect! The location is excellent and nicely located with a short drive into town yet off of the beaten path enough that you don't worry about traffic or the associated noise. The house is very nicely appointed and it was very much appreciated to have beach and picnic items available in the shed.
    The house has been recently expanded and is up to date and very comfortable.

    We're a family from the South Shore of Massachusetts who loves this home and the Cape. We've owned the home since 2018, but have already made some great family memories here, whether it be during the busy week of the 4th or the quiet, warm fall, there is no place we'd rather be and would love to share this experience with you.

    What is special about this property?
    We've recently invested in some upgrades, including a deck with views of Great Pond to enjoy sunsets, an outdoor shower to rinse off from a day at the beach and two bedrooms and a bath to fit more guests.

    What is special about your town?
    We love downtown Falmouth, or as our kids call it, the ''Village''. There are lots of great family restaurants and places to shop. You can visit a different beach every day or hop on a ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard. The best part about our home to us is the location, where we can walk a block to an Association Beach where you can swim, kayak or just sit in the sand.
