    Clean, bright, excellent location, great place for family getaway

    There is plenty of room for the family in this well-stocked, pretty home in a quiet neighborhood just a short power-walk or bike ride down to charming Menauhant Beach. The backyard is perfect for cookouts with plenty of seating and tables, and it has a hot tub and good sized Weber. Clean open kitchen with a large breakfast nook and full-sized dining room. Living room has big comfortable leather wraparound couch with large HD TV. Finished basement spotless with a TV room for kids and large shared bedroom. Three good size bedrooms and two full baths up with plenty of closet and drawer space. Two car garage stocked with beach chairs, cornhole, towels, even sunblock - everything you need for the beach. Owners are a pleasure to work with. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! show more show less

    Awesome home!

    We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a week. It was in impeccable shape! It's filled with many beautiful amenities, so you'll only need your clothes. Terri, the owner, was great to deal with making our experience easy and joyful! The area of Falmouth has so much to offer in beach, restaurants, shopping, & sightseeing! The hot tub was a big plus at days end after discovering all that the cape had to offer! This property is wonderful, we didn't want to leave!!!

    2022 will be our 7th summer in Falmouth and we love it!! We are trustworthy and available for any issues during your stay. We've tried to think of everything you'll need to make your vacation perfect!!

    What is special about this property?
    We take pride in our home and love all of it…. The kitchen is spacious with enough room for people to move around. The beds are comfortable (even those in the basement). The hot tub is great during the summer for early morning and evenings, but can be fun after the beach as well.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has a quaint center with restaurants, shops, candy store and entertainment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!! We also have miles of ocean front to drive and we are a quick ferry ride to the Vineyard.
