Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath with loft. Sleeps 6 comfortably. (Please also see posted video)

One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a king bed that can also be separated into two twin beds. The upstairs loft, accessible by a new staircase, has two twin beds.

Kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer.

Enjoy the large, fenced backyard with comfortable seating for 8+ on large wood patio. Dine under the stars. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Spend nights around the firepit.

Walk to Great Pond and Shorewood Association private beach, also a beautiful place to Kayak also. Home is a short drive to Falmouth beaches and downtown.

No pets allowed.
