Welcome to our home! Conveniently located right off Route 28 with plenty of parking (up to six cars), you will only be a short ride to the beach, winery, brewery, golfing, Falmouth Heights, downtown, Mashpee Commons and much more. Or if you decide to just relax at home, the welly equipped eat-in kitchen opens to a large living room with plenty of seating making entertaining easy for the group.

You can also head outside to the landscaped backyard that includes a propane grill and firepit. Once you are ready to tucker in for the night, each bedroom includes plenty of sleeping for up to eight guests. One queen, four twins (one a trundle) and a double futon in the master bedroom.

In the morning, you can enjoy the whirlpool bathtub after a long day out in the sun.

    With multiple properties in Falmouth, we have enjoyed this town for over 15 years and recently made renovation to the interior and exterior of our homes. We hope the pride of our ownership shows and you enjoy this location as much as we do.

    What is special about your town?
    East Falmouth is a great central location on the upper cape. Being a short distance from the Bourne Bridge, you are in the heart of what Falmouth has to offer as well as the surrounding towns. There are also two ferries to Martha's Vineyard; the Island Queen out of Falmouth Harbor and the Steamship Authority out of Wood Holes that are a short distance away.
