The home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all to relax and unwind. The home features internet access, window air conditioning units, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, an outdoor propane grill, dining table/ umbrella and hammock. Guests have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler.

The neighborhood amenities offer a waterfront picnic area and association beach overlooking the saltwater inlet from Vineyard Sound (Bourne’s Pond). This is a popular area for watersport enthusiasts who enjoy kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding.

Minutes from the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry and multiple public beaches including Menauhant, Bristol and Falmouth Heights. The Shining Sea bikeway also is located nearby which runs along the multiple beaches of Vineyard Sound to Woods Hole. Downtown Falmouth offers a nice selection of dining and shopping.
