Charming beach home located just two blocks to Falmouth Heights Beach. This Cape Cod style home has a light and bright living room with just a peak of the ocean. Nice kitchen with all appliances and granite island for breakfast seating and dining area with wall of windows to private back yard. Patio with dining & grilling area.
Washer and dryer are located in basement.

First floor has two bedrooms; one with queen bed and the other with two twins. They share a hall bath with shower. Second floor has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, that share a hall bath with shower.
This special home is located on a green parkway perfect for tossing a ball or chipping golf balls. Ideally located with a short walk to Island Queen Ferry, two ocean-view restaurants and of course historic Falmouth Heights Beach.

Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water for use in summer months.

No smoking and No pets please.

    Much Needed Rest

    This beach house is a true sanctuary for beach lovers. The home is immaculately maintained, larger than it looks and a short walk to the beach! We needed a place to go to where we could have a much needed rest from our busy lives. The home has a calming vibe, outdoor shower, barbecue in the back and shed is stocked with everything you will need for the beach. If you looking for a place to get away and breathe some ocean air - this is it. We will be back...

    My family has vacationed on Cape Cod every year since the early 1950's. It is truly our Happy Place. We never thought we would be lucky enough to have a beach house. But here we are with our very own ''Cape Cod Charmer,'' just two short blocks to Falmouth Heights Beach. We love it here and hope you will too!

    What is special about this property?
    It's all about the location! If you love the beach and casual living, you will love it here. So close to the ocean, beach, restaurants and more. You will also love the green parkway for family fun activities.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth offers so much for your summer vacation. A year round town with tons of fun shops and restaurants, parks, summer baseball league and music at the harbor plus seven different beaches.
