Directly across the street is the saltwater beach with dock access so bring your kayaks and paddle boards. Walk across the street each evening for spectacular sunsets. This quiet waterfront community is centrally located 10 minutes from multiple great beaches and charming downtown Falmouth, 7 minutes from Bad Martha's Brewery, and only 5 minutes from Cape Cod Winery and Smitty's Homemade Ice cream.
Guest has full access to the home and yard. Owner's closet will be locked and not accessible. Parking available for 3 cars in private driveway. Washer/Dryer available in basement for guests to use.
Bring your paddleboards and kayaks and walk across the street for saltwater access.
