Outside you'll find a large patio with dining and sitting areas, a swing set, and bocci court. The backyard is fully fenced in with new privacy fencing.

The home has central AC, washer/dryer, and an outside shower. The home is one mile from Menauhant Beach and a quick ride to Main Street shops and restaurants.

    It's been years of work but we proudly offer our home for your enjoyment. We love spending time in Falmouth near the water. If you look closely you can see the water across the street and from the sidewalk you can look down and see the ocean.

    What is special about this property?
    Enjoying a fire pit next to the bocce court after walking back from the beach or from Bad Martha's brewery. Great fenced in backyard. You'll be at peace with your vacation
