Cozy Home with Fenced Yard/Close to Beach and Main St.

This house was AMAZING!! We are a family of 6, 4 kids ages 11-21. There was room for everyone and enough space to hide from each other for some needed down time. Tim was our host. He was wonderful. Always quick with a response.
I'll start with the outside. It's in a great area. The house is set back off the main road and very very quiet. A 3 min. ride down the road you are at Menauhant Beach. This is our favorite beach. You need to pay for parking. Great, safe, family beach and locals. A 2 min. drive in the other direction is a small supermarket. You are about a 7 mins car ride from center of town. The yard is Awesome! Extremely clean and well maintained. A very nice outside shower, fire pit with adirondack chairs, patio with chairs/table, bbq grill, lounging chairs, and a beautiful full bocce court. We spent almost every evening making smores and playing bocce.
The house was so clean, cozy and had everything you can want and need. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and extra blankets if needed. More than enough bath/hand towels, (new and fluffy), and toilet paper. The living room/dining area was very comfortable. There is a nice big sofa to gather around and watch TV. The master bedroom also had a TV.
The kitchen has more than enough dishes and cooking supplies. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement.
Tim also has lots of beach chairs in good condition. Not dingy and rusty. He also has nice big fluffy beach towels. This was great because it saved us the room of packing our own chairs for the trip.
This house was a slice of heaven. We hope to return in the future.
You will not regret choosing this house. It's the perfect Cape Cod vacation home.
