Quiet neighborhood, great for biking and walking. Located on a peninsula with views of Martha's Vineyard at the point.

Public boat launch 1/4 mile away and easy water access for kayaking or paddle boarding.

The home has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. There are 2 BR on the first floor with Queen beds with a full bath on the first floor. There is a galley kitchen with new appliances that opens up to the dining area. There is a living room with a 55'' TV and sliders off the living/dining area to the deck. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

The upstairs has 2 BR - one has twin bunk beds and 2 other twins. The other BR has a double and 2 twins. Plenty of room! There is a full bath upstairs.

Finished basement with pullout sofa bed and TV.

    Great Time on the Cape...Again

    Daniel and Liz are gracious hosts who made themselves available when needed. ... The house had plenty of room (3 floors) and parking for our very large group. We visit Cape Cod every year for the fishing and golfing during the day and grilling and chilling in the evening. Can't wait til next year...
