Charming air conditioned cape style home on a quiet tree lined dead end street.

Fully equipped kitchen, combination dining(seats 6)/Living Room(2 sofas), 1 Bedroom downstairs and 2 large bedrooms upstairs. 2 full baths with tub and shower. The upstairs bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi. High speed internet with Wi Fi. Large wall mounted HDTV, Streaming TV with HBO Max, Prime Video and NetFlix.

There are three association beaches on Great Pond which are within walking distance which are available for use by guests. Great Pond is tidal with kayak/canoe access to the ocean. The waters of Great Pond are calm and perfect for canoe or kayak. There are storage racks near the beach for canoes and kayaks. Return to the house and relax on the North facing deck after a day of activity or dine on the shaded patio behind the house.

There are 10 public beaches (9 ocean & 1 pond) in Falmouth,4 public golf courses, a 12-mile bike path and numerous restaurants for vacationers to enjoy. All of these locations are within a 5–15-minute drive.

We have 5000 BTU window air conditioners in each bedroom and an 8000 BTU air conditioner in the living room.

This home is thoroughly cleaned by the owners after each stay. No management company is involved.

On the outside there is a deck on the front of the house, and a patio in the rear of the house. There is a large private back yard with lots of shade.
Inside of the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6, and two couches. There is a full bath and bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Finally, there is a cozy TV room with a mounted TV.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. which each have a desk & chair, wingback chairs and a TV. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, the other has two twin beds. There is also a full bath upstairs with a jetted tub.
In the basement there is a washer and dryer along with the necessary supplies. read more show less

    We currently reside in Western Mass. We are retired and have 2 adult children. We had been vacationing on the cape for years. We finally decided that Falmouth was the best location for us due to ease of access, beautiful beaches, the shining sea bike path, great restaurants & bars, and a thriving year-round economy.

    We viewed a large number of properties in Falmouth. We fell in love with this house as soon as we walked into it. It is very attractive and clean. The location is private (on a dead-end street) and close to a private beach on Great Pond.



    What is special about this property?
    This rental includes everything that you need: air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, towels and washcloths, Internet, WI FI, Streaming shows with HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Discovery + and other services. Children welcome, smoke free, pet free, cotton sheets and pillowcases, paper products, shampoo, body wash, detergents and all basic household supplies. We also have 5 beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for guests. Check it out. Very few rentals offer all of this.

    What is special about your town?
    We are close to10 Falmouth public beaches (9 on the ocean 1 on a pond), a 12-mile bike path, 4 public golf courses (all in Falmouth), Two (2) movie theatres, shopping for anything you may need, and many friendly restaurants and bars. Falmouth has everything!
