The open floor plan with vaulted ceiling in the living room allows in the natural light and the wood floors create the most inviting atmosphere, you'll just want to grab your favorite beverage and hang out on the sectional sofa after a day on the beach or exploring all Falmouth and Cape Cod have to offer. The bright and well stocked kitchen opens to the dining area with a slider to the deck. The yard has two tiers, a gas grill, plenty of seating at the table, room for games and an outside shower. Choose from either of 2 bedrooms with king beds and attached baths on the main level, or one of the two bedrooms on the second floor - a guest room with a queen bed, and twin over double bunk, and a large front to back guest room with 3 double beds and 4 twins, plus a nook for little ones to hang out in. The basement is outfitted as a ''hang-out'' area with couches, a table for cards or games, and a tv if someone decides they can't travel without their game console and they need a place to play. Plenty of beach gear, including a rolling cart and umbrella, make it easy to plan your days by the water. Linens are included. No pets or smoking please. We hope to see you soon.
