Recently renovated and situated in the North Falmouth Historic District, this location is the perfect landing pad for a restful vacation. The cottage sleeps 8, featuring two bedrooms on the first floor (1 Queen, 1 Double), and two bedrooms on the second floor (1 Double/1 Twin, 1 Twin).

Guests have access to the entire house and spacious backyard, including a Weber gas grill and kettle charcoal grill. Enjoy free parking, a fire pit, WiFi, a Bluetooth sound system, and a smart TV equipped to launch your preferred streaming platform. Guests have full use of our washer and dryer.

Did we mention this house is 10 minutes away from everything that matters? Yeah, we love our home :)

    Have you stayed here? Write a review

    Really beautiful, very quiet and clean place with a big back yard and barbecue. Brittany is extremely helpful when it comes to recommendations for the area. Opening the front door was a little tricky. You have to pull the door knob toward you while entering the code.

    All in all, we enjoyed our stay tremendously although it rained all weekend. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

    We had an AMAZING stay at Brittany's place! It was extremely clean and had all the essentials to make for a comfortable experience. The location is fantastic - walking distance to good restaurants/shops and a nice beach. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
