The Falmouth Firefly is an all-new luxury home on the Maravista Peninsula in East Falmouth. The home is a Spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home - with sweeping water views - ready to host your next get-away! 0.7 miles walking distance to Menauhant Beach.

Two primary bedrooms with King size beds and each with a private full bathroom! One private room with two Queen beds. A kid's club house that offers two full beds with two trundles.

Backyard and Neighborhood
Burn off a little more energy - walking the trail, playing tag, or catching fireflies - before bedtime.

Parking
We can accommodate 6 cars in the driveway! There is also street parking if additional space is needed.

A Breath of Fresh Air
Smoke free home. Any smoking or vaping must take place outside. Please help us keep our space beautiful; dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

Kitchen - Plates, silverware, glasses, lobster pot, cutting boards, cooking utensils, bread machine and all-new pots and pans and cooking utensils.

BBQ - New Weber grill, one tank of propane and cooking tools.

Beach Trips - Outdoor shower, 7 Beach chairs, Beach Toys, and Beach Towels.

Pack N Play, and high chairs are available upon request.

Guests will not have access to the basement, attic or owner closets.
