My name is Walter and have been in real estate for over 20 years, we have been renting our house in E. Falmouth for the last 7 years. House isn't just a rental house, its our second home and you will see from the photos and if you stay you will see the care we put into the home.

What is special about this property?
Our house is ultra clean and we use a great cleaner we have used for several years. All are comfy mattresses, nice linens, towels, beautifully furnished. Our large flat yard is nicely landscaped with firepit, lovely hydrangeas and nice green lawn. I have 5 star reviews on the big rental sites and would be happy to send you those links for additional photos and you can see the fees savings. Plenty of room in garage, house sleeps 6 in the 3 bedrooms but does accommodate 8 if wanted to utilize the pull out couch. There is also another bonus living room with loveseat and sofa that is great to send the kids off to or head off for some privacy and watch movie or take a nap. Our house is in a private quiet neighborhood, great for bike rides, kayaking in the bay, take a dip in the pool at the clubhouse or test your pickle ball or tennis skills. There is a playground for the little ones, ball park, basketball hoop etc. Plenty of activities. The pool and clubhouse access is an additional cost and is open mid June thru Labor day only.

What is special about your town?
Falmouth is one of the most desirable places to visit on Cape Cod. There are a plethora of outstanding restaurants in Falmouth Center, all sorts of activities to do from just sitting on the beach to fishing, boating, kayaking etc or take a ferry ride over to the Vineyard or Nantucket right from Woods Hole in Falmouth. Vineyard ferry is 10 minutes from the house. House is 5 minutes to the beaches by car, Falmouth Heights, Bristol and Menahant all close by, not walkable but quick drive or bike ride. Our neighborhood is on the fingers which is the bay so the water is at the end of my street which is where you could launch a kayak or paddle board if had one.
