Private front and back yard with patio and gas grill, air conditioned bedrooms. Private beach less than 100 yards away with beautiful sunsets from the home and yard. Cape cod bike trail only a mile away. If the salt water suits you, Harwichport, Chatham and Brewster are all within a 3-5 mile ride. Antique shops on Route 6A in Brewster, shopping in quaint Chatham, and all of that in Harwich, or just relax in the lake, cookout and enjoy the large yard. This property is on a quiet, dirt road but less than a mile from Route 6, exit 11. Shopping, movies, etc. are only 1-2 miles away.

    We have rented all over the Cape and this cottage has been one of our favorite. The space is well laid out, comfortable, sunny, quiet. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the A/C, ceiling fans or cross-breeze from open windows to make things comfortable. Access to the shed was very convenient to keep the bikes and SUPs. Lots of different outdoor seating to enjoy the sun or the shade. Long Pond is just a short stroll away down a private path. While the private beach is rather small (more of a boat launch than anything), it is perfect for a quick dip and to put SUPs/kayaks in the water. show more show less

    So Cute!

    We love this cottage! It is so bright, airy, and has a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room. I love the nautical theme that is well presented everywhere. We had a great week here before our wedding. It has a great outdoor table area with a gas grill. There is a front and side door and many windows so there is such a nice breeze in the house. The ceilings are also tall and add to the spacious feeling. I really like this house and I would definitely stay here again.

    Great property in a great location... Very quiet area, and the house served our family of four well during our week. The lake is great for swimming (and fishing), and Harwich is centrally located for lots of classic cape activities.

    If your looking for a clean, spacious, bright, coveiniently located Cape Cod rental. We stayed for two wonderful weeks. We give this rental 5 stars and definitely reccomded it to all families.
